The shell of the electric thermostatic air drying oven is made of steel plate by stamping and folding and welding. The surface of the shell is coated with high-strength electrostatic spray and the paint film is smooth and firm. The studio is made of carbon steel plate or mirror stainless steel plate, and the space between the studio and the shell is filled with thermal insulation foam. The interior of the studio is equipped with test shelves, which are used to store various test items. The back of the studio is equipped with electric heating elements and centrifugal fan impeller, which circulates the heated air through the rear air duct in the working room, so the temperature of the studio is more uniform. The door seal is sealed with silicone rubber strip, the door is provided with a mirror for observation, the back of the shell is provided with inlet and exhaust holes, and the size of the exhaust volume can be adjusted by itself. The left side of the electric oven shell is an electrical box. 3, stainless steel series drying oven can also choose intelligent program temperature regulator for temperature setting, display and control. The temperature control system can set and control the working temperature, constant temperature, heating time and constant temperature time in multiple temperature segments. The temperature regulator uses computer technology to collect and process the temperature signal in the working room, which can keep the temperature in the working room automatically. The temperature control system belongs to P.I.D intelligent temperature control, reliable performance, easy to use. And can be programmed according to the needs of the experiment.
The intelligent temperature regulator has the function of overtemperature protection. If the temperature in the working room exceeds the set temperature value during the working process of the equipment, the overtemperature protection circuit acts and cuts off the heating circuit.

Q: Can I get a sample before I place an order?
A: Provide free samples for quality verification or testing. We will charge the sample fee and shipping fee first, and the sample fee will be refunded after the bulk order is published.
