This product is based on xenon lamp as the light source, simulate and strengthen the weather resistance to accelerate the light aging test equipment, in order to quickly obtain the near atmosphere aging test results, used to evaluate the weather resistance of materials. Weather resistance test is an important means to optimize product composition in the process of scientific research and production, and it is also an important content of product quality inspection. Application materials such as coatings, plastics, aluminum-plastic panels, and automotive safety glass and other product standards require weather resistance test.
The main factors that cause material aging are sunlight and humidity. Weather resistance test chamber can simulate the damage caused by sunlight, rain and dew. The weathering test chamber uses xenon lamps to simulate the effect of sunlight, the condensation of moisture to simulate rain and dew, and the tested material is placed in a cycle of alternating light and moisture at a certain temperature, and the harm of outdoor months or even years can be reproduced in a few days or weeks. Artificial accelerated aging test data can help select new materials, retrofit existing materials, and evaluate how changes in formulation affect product durability.

Q: Can I get a sample before I place an order?
A: Provide free samples for quality verification or testing. We will charge the sample fee and shipping fee first, and the sample fee will be refunded after the bulk order is published.
Q: How long does it take to ship?
