Cement mortar mixer (JJ-20H)
Cement mortar mixer is according to the unified manufacturing standards of China Building Materials Institute, in line with the implementation of the international strength test method (ISO679) standard equipment. It can also replace JC/T722 as a mixer for GB/T17671 cement mortar test method.
Main structure and working principle
1. Structure
It is mainly composed of touch screen, controller, servo system, automatic lifting device, sand box, transmission box, spindle, eccentric seat, mixing leaf, mixing pot, base, transmission mechanism, support, protective cover and so on.
2. Working principle
(1) Close the protective door, turn on the power, and control the stirring pot through the touch screen
(2) Automatic rise, and rise in place after the servo motor rotation.
After the reducer decelerates the servo motor, the power is transmitted to the main shaft by the two synchronous wheels and synchronous belt of the transmission mechanism. The main shaft drives the eccentric seat to rotate synchronously, so that the eccentric seat rotates. At the same time, the stirring blade rotates around the fixed inner gear through the planetary gear on the upper end of the blade shaft. After adding sand to the sand tank, it can automatically add sand or manually add sand at the specified time, and the mixing pot can automatically drop to zero position after the mixing is finished.

Q: Can I get a sample before I place an order?
A: Provide free samples for quality verification or testing. We will charge the sample fee and shipping fee first, and the sample fee will be refunded after the bulk order is published.
